Overview
The FerruFx_Multi_info+_light_chart_v1.1 is a specialized analytical tool designed for the MetaTrader platform. Its primary purpose is to aggregate vast amounts of market data from various technical indicators and multiple timeframes into a single, easy-to-read visual summary on your trading chart.
Instead of cluttering your screen with dozens of separate graphs or lines, this script performs all the heavy lifting in the background and presents you with a concise "Trend Box" that highlights the current market sentiment.
Key Logic & Functionality
1. Multi-Indicator Synthesis
The script monitors a wide array of popular technical indicators simultaneously. These include:
- Moving Averages: Fast, Medium, and Slow variations.
- Oscillators & Momentum: RSI, Stochastic, MACD, CCI, Momentum, Force Index, and DeMarker.
- Volatility & Trend: ADX and Waddah Attar Explosion (WAE).
For every indicator enabled in the settings, the script checks its current direction. It determines if the data suggests upward (bullish) or downward (bearish) pressure.
2. Multi-Timeframe Analysis
One of the core strengths of this logic is its ability to "look" at different timeframes at once. It doesn't just look at the current chart; it pulls data from various periods—ranging from the 1-minute chart all the way up to the Daily (D1) and Weekly (W1) charts.
By analyzing these different layers of time, the script can help identify if a trend is consistent across the short term as well as the long term, providing a more holistic view of market behavior.
3. Weighted Trend Calculation
The script doesn't just give an "opinion" on the trend; it calculates a mathematical percentage based on the data gathered:
- Scoring: It assigns points to every indicator based on its direction on every timeframe.
- Weighting: Users can assign specific "coefficients" (importance weights) to different timeframes. For example, you can tell the script that a trend on the Daily chart is more important than a trend on the 5-minute chart.
- Percentage Output: It converts these scores into a percentage for both "UP" and "DOWN" movements.
4. Visual Feedback & Alerts
The results are displayed in a dedicated information box on your chart. The logic follows specific rules to change the visual style based on the strength of the trend:
- Strong Trend: If the upward percentage exceeds a specific threshold (e.g., 75%), the display will highlight as a "Strong" UP trend in Lime green.
- Moderate Trend: If the trend is above 50% but below the high threshold, it displays as an Orange warning.
- Downside Trend: Similar logic applies to downward trends, utilizing Red for strong bearish movements and Orange for moderate ones.
5. Summary Statistics
In addition to the main trend box, the script provides a secondary "High/Low" summary at the bottom of your screen. This instantly displays the highest and lowest price points reached over the last five bars, allowing for a quick reference of recent price volatility without needing to manually scan the candles.
